Windmill Z 4, Watermill 1 Clive 6110, Sabina BP (Sabina had played well for her thousand, but was left a nasty ball behind the 10 hole and took the black out) Barry 1850, Mark 1470 (Barry relieved to be just out of reach with the bar gone) Graham 6310, Kim 2200 (Kim made the early running before Graham dug deep) Johnny 2880, Tony Williams 1750 (entertaining game with both players trying to hand it to the other) Margo 1200, Paul 1670 (Best play came in the last 5 minutes, neck and neck until Paul got 350 ahead. Margo pulled level and then Paul secured it with another 350)
A gutsy performance from the visitors and a pleasant evening.

Plough 5-0 Hassocks B
Chases beat Jenny Richard beat Dom Jan beat Adam Geoff beat Dilly Dave beat Barry
Geoff was the star of the show with an opening 7 or 8 thousand break ,as the visitors were comprehensively thrashed. Adam did respectably in his first game for us in over a year. A friendly atmosphere with a pleasant selection of sandwiches.

Cock Utd 3, St Francis 2
At 2-0 down after the first two games it looked like the Cocky Ones were heading for yet another defeat. But wins for Tufty, Kev, and yours truly in the decider turned things round.

Hassocks A 2 BHCC 3
Darren 2090 Gary Ridley 7270 BobHall 3470 Neil 7460 Jock 1110 Ros 2170 Derek 6650 Trevor 1340 Pete E 4370 Nick 1530
Our new signing got us off to a great start, in spite of only being able to pot both balls on the break 6 times! Nice 5k break from Neil mid-game. Neither Jock nor I could get a grip on the table and neither could Trevor or Nick in the next 2 games.
Table uncharacteristically tricky tonight.
Sociable evening with some nice refreshments.

HHUSC A 3 HHUSC B 2 A good social night with Sparky & co, some good games all round. Richard was in awesome mode coming off with a nats under 10K and then adding more to bring it to 15K giving our King Lear no chance Paul & Steve won our games to make it a respectable effort I'll leave it to Graham to put the scores up. we also celebrated Paul's Birthday happy Birthday Paul.

I think there are a couple of Div 1 scores better than Dilly's ;)

Ok so this is all fake, due to a mix up on the score card the 7180 was Geoff's break for his side of the game. Dilly scored a lot less
