MID SUSSEX BAR BILLIARD LEAGUE
DRAW FOR TEAM KNOCK-OUT CUP
To be played on Wednesday 1st November 2017
All matches shall be played on neutral tables. The first drawn team will be
considered the ‘home’ side and the order of play will be drawn as for a
normal league match. The ‘home’ side shall take the first breaks in games 2
and 4, the ‘away’ side shall take the first breaks in games 1 and 3. Even
breaks shall be played in all games. The first break in the 5th game being decided by the
toss of a coin.

Pleasant evening with the B's who implemented phase one of their cunning plan to replace our team as Plate winners.
Foxy tried to thwart their progress towards this end by losing a break of 4k, but Dilly promptly returned the compliment !
Jocular evening, and young Jack Goodman is one to watch for the future.
Many thanks to the venue for sustenance in the form of chicken dippers with crinkle-cut chips.

Steady potting at the back of the table got the first for Gary and the third for Trevor.
My big mistake was to get the break back towards the end of the game. With both balls whipping out and landing in front of the 50 holes, a grateful Ted mopped up from there.
Neil was the first to work out how to get the break and made a good 3100 opener, adding another break later.
Inspired by Neil's success with the break, Spud managed to follow suit with a decent opener.
Pleasant evening in the nicely refurbished Saints club and thanks to them for the generous trays of sandwiches. (Thanks also to Shaun for arranging that.)
