Mark trafford is your new winner beating kt in the final Well the statistics can't lie.......Mark followed up the 16,580 break in the quarter-final with 18,810 in the Semi and an opening break of 20,690 in the final. A worthy winner. Commiserations to KT, always there or thereabouts. Would like to add our thanks to Sean Le Beuvant for a first-class job on the JBBL website, keeping those of us who would have liked to have been there informed of events on a regular basis - on top of running the whole show !

Congratulations to Mark on a master class of bar billiards, truly magnificent, pretty much unbeatable I'd say. However I feel your achievement may well have been usurped by a young man by the name of Alfie Millward, you may have heard of his father! I wish I had been there. I also wish I had spent more time chatting to my friend Nick Barnett last year, we had a good long chat about this and that, it saddens me to know I shall not see him again. Sleep well my friend.

All,
It has already been said but would like to once again thank all players, both present and absent for their involvement in the tournament. Graeme and I continue to run the annual event for you all, thus, pass the word around, make it as awkward for us as possible to fit all entrants in - I wish to have headaches.
See you all next year!

Congratulations to all who took part in the World Championships over the last week-end. A worthy winner with mark trafford winning in style, and also to Kevin Tunstall, a worthy opponent to any player, and a worthy runner up. Congrats to both.

Hi Nigel,
I shall have to dig out the play off games. The CI and UK high break from the groups are now detailed at the top of the page.
