Any chance of the teams that have moved changing their names to where they are playing now. It’s very confusing. The Mont have never played at the Hove Park Tavern. But 2 teams were there but no longer. Pocket Rocket has 3 teams but what are they called now. Can a new sheet of everything be put out because some people are very confused. #confused.

There is a very nice thread here... barbilliards.proboards.com/thread/20288/pocket-rocketabout the Pocket Rocket but for those that have difficulty following I will call them by their current name. For those even more confused you will be pleased to know that Albion Fishersgate A B and C are now called Pocket Rocket, yes you've guessed it A B and C. The teams have even kept the same letters that they were at the Albion although I did think that was a bit easy so thought about mixing things up a bit but it might have led to a bit of confusion so they are exactly the same letters as they were.... As for Hove Park Tavern, I don't know what is happening with them but they will be referred to as Ex Hove Park Tavern and I am sure Colin is doing his best to find a permanent venue

Assume the Montreal not travelling tonight, and that the committee will discuss the implications and awarding of points??

I have communicated with the Montreal team and suggested various venues but unfortunately, they are still unable to get a team together so regrettably, they have agreed to give us the game. We would have even gone to the Montreal but the other Montreal team are playing at home.

Pocket Rocket A 1-4 County Oak A
Matt 2890 - 10,160 Nigel** - Nige off on 3k, but first to get them back and made enough **Tony 4620 - 2060 Marcus - Scrappy leg this one, Tony making a decisive break midway through to take the leg and continue his 100% record this season Joe 230 - 20,450 Gareth** - Gareth making an excellent 10k and touch, getting another go and another faultless 10k for a brilliant leg **Rick 4430 - 6180 Ian - Rick off on 2.8k, Ian got them straight back and made 5.9k. Rick with time couldn't get them back until it was too late Henry 3210 - 8450 Phil** - Oz made a steady 6k, Henry balls straight back going well but hit a split a bit thin and pegged. That was that
Well done to the league leaders on winning tonight. A few chances in 4 of the legs but they were just too strong, table back to being pretty quick at its new venue

County Oak B 3 2 Duke of Wellington
Jack 3060 9640 KT Stuart 8720 6040 Colin Alan 3290 13450 Mike Chelle 5690 540 Tupps Chelle 6930 5780 Dave
Great result for us. Stand in Captain Alan had the right tactics even though he was on plan z after the first game. (Now wants to retire as he has 100% win record) !
Wasn’t there but I think KT and mike both went off with enough Stuart came back with a winning break after coming off early and Chelle showed no mercy to her two opponents
