An enjoyable day despite my own "woeful" performance for Horsham (demonstrating a complete lack of killer instinct): the chance to meet up with old friends a definite plus. Well done to Jean on running the event to schedule - also the raffle - ably assisted by Chairman Stu. And to Alan for setting up the tables. Some great games were thrown up on the Club table, especially by Denise and by Ding. Must be a ladies' table ! Congratulations to Redhill and to runners-up Hastings.....Redhill particularly awesome and will be back where they belong next year !

A nice day had by all, many thanks to the Bracks. for their hard work this weekend and the support from the Venue as well Some thinking required on tables 4 & 6 today, sadly i was lamentable when such efforts were required, but my opponents seemed to cope well for me its the best event of the SCBBA calender and long may it continue
