Congratulations to Worthing on winning the Division 1 Competition today. In a strong field Worthing were victors by 3 points from Brighton who were very creditable runners-up. Tunbridge Wells took third spot, West Sussex maintained their Division 1 status following promotion last year, by finishing fourth. Sadly Mid-Sussex finished fifth and will be relegated to Division 2 with Redhill replacing them. Thank you to Jean for all her hard work in running the day, to the club and the ladies in the tea bar for looking after us and to Alan and Stuart who were responsible for table set up. They were all pretty decent making for some good scores during the day. Thanks also to all those who stayed behind to make the job of taking the tables down easier. Hope everyone had a good day. Here is the league table:- Team | P | W | D | L | Score | Pts |

No-one managed to win all 8 legs to give them a 100% record in the player stats. The England Captain topped the stats by having the highest average of those that won 7 legs. Well done Curt
Also a mention for the other players to have won 7 legs so well done to Kevin, Gerry, Jim and Doug, a fine achievement in a strong field.
Final mention to All-England Under 30 champ Daniel Wheal who won 6 legs today, well done, losing only 2 and those were to......Kevin
