Hi all
The doubles Final Matthew Knight and Joe Oakley won the roll of the dice and put Matthew Jones & Cliff Slade to play first so off went Matthew and with still about 3 minutes to play he ended his break of 16670. All the others had a go so leave a deficit of 16000. Joe started off with a good break of around 7K and then Matthew Knight got back with another 6K just falling short. Congratulations to Matt Jones and Cliff Slade the oldest World Champion that we know of and well played Matt Knight and Joe Oakley - a great final
That’s all for tonight back at 9:00am ouch!!!!!

Well what a great weekend and I am delighted to have made my first final in the biggest event of them all. Shame I couldn't go one further but hopefully next time. I would just like to thank everyone for a great weekend including all the organisers and hotel staff who make it such a great event. I would also just like to thank all of you out there who gave me such fantastic support you really are a fantastic bunch. I would also like to specially mention firstly Bob Hall for talking into the first Zambuca and then Michelle Baden for thinking it would be a great idea for me to have another five!! with the early flight home this morning. Seriously thank you all again. Regards PO
