Likewise from WEST Sussex - for reference, we have teams at The Railway in Emsworth; The Woodmancote in, er Woodmancote & The Coach & Horses in Compton and The Woolpack in Fishbourse - all within fairly easy reach of Pompey. There are others, but East of Chichester. Should anyone fancy a friendly at any point, then I'm sure that something can be arranged!
The Railway have, before now, enjoyed a number of fun evenings at The British Queen in Northend - so info on pubs in the city with BB tables would be good. :)

Cheers for the various welcomes .. I can't imagine chris Newson drinking. He must have been led astray as a youth.

Chairnan, Officers and Committee extend a warm welcome at the start of the new season. We wish you all a successful, but more importantly an enjoyable new season. Chairman Richard Hockey Honorary Treasurer Joyce Mannell Honorary Competitions Dave Tallack
Our season commences with the preliminary round of the Automatic bowl, one of three charity team knock out competitions and the League commences Wednesday 17 October.
The new season;- - regrettably we have lost two teams - one League of twelve teams split into two equal divisions - each team play every other team Home and Away - at tyhe end of the season two teams to be promoted and two relegated - equal breaks with away player having first break - highest home score and highest away break to count regardless of division of player made against - black peg counts at all times

Wednesday is in general the League games, and Thursdays would at times be competition games (although comp's do at times get switched around to different nights!!!)
Summer League is the same but usually only 10 teams playing.
