This is a call to all on here interested in Bar Billiards and from the Cambridge area. Let us drum up enthusiasm for the Competition on Saturday 27th July at the King Street Run! Declare yourselves "In" and then work on your 'bestest friends'!!!!!! So the first question is: can YOU make it👍👍 Hopefully Taffy can fill in the details

that's a quote from me on our little Facebook page Dave has there folks! yes we have a simple pub tournament at The King Street Run in the middle of Cambridge in......King Street! on; Saturday 27th July 2019 2-6pm Doubles, drawn on the day. Called 'blind doubles'. £3 entry. Table free. All welcome - low key as we are trying to get people to start playing the game but we will be short of players - enough to make it be something. Would love 8-16 to be there. I expect 6-8 at the most. £30 (depending on entries obviously) to the winning pair. It's a Jelks in average nick but plays true enough. 4-pin. skittles. would be two groups of teams if we have enough otherwise "we'll play it by ear". Atmosphere is excellent and a bell rung when a '200' hole is scored (pat. app. Colin Southouse). So anyone with a free Saturday feel free to get up to the KSR and join us! I think it's about 800 yards from the railway station. have I missed anything Dave? LOL!!! cheers! Taffy

Distance isn't the worry there Sav, it's more about how many pubs in between.
