Due to unforeseen circumstances the Berks Open has been cancelled My sincere apologies to everyone Dave Alder Big shame this, entries seem to be getting lower in opens and the last thing we need is for events/opens to be cancelled and players to lose interest because of this. Hope this is not an open we will lose as it seems to be well supported and also a great venue.  (we also love to see whittle vs Sainsbury round 3)  |

Yes as Joe says a shame to lose this one and hope only for the one year, we are still seeing a worrying trend both nationally and locally with dropping numbers.
