Old Oak 4, Reigate Ex 1 Clive bt Ian Davies Paul bt Bobbie Davis Martin bt Dave Porter Charlie lost to Les Hills
Dave bt Barry Hood
All players coping well with a white marked with red ink for the red ball which some mindless hooligan had made off with.

SALFORDS B 1 SPCC A 4
Dave 14000 Dave 830 Liam 3250 John 6180 Caroline 3010 Laurie 4410 Pete 1190 Junkie 2950 John 3120 Vern 7430
First up battle of the Dave's. Dave J on first broke down on 4k giving DC a chance.Dc got the balls back but couldn't take advantage and Dave got the break back. No mistake this time and played it out with a break of 10100.
Liam and John on next with liam starting with a steady 1800.John struggling on the top to get the balls back.John eventually stringing a few breaks together reduced the deficit, but Liam playing well took the lead and only a 3k at the end by john won the leg
Caroline next on made a useful start and deja vous Loz struggling. Laurie first to get them back gradually got enough in front to seal the win.
Junkie and Pete a frame of plenty of goes, pegs, lost breaks John eventually making enough at the death.
Last but not least Vern and John. In form captain played well and a couple of decent breaks gave him a good lead.John playing well himself never gave up but Vern was too far in front.
All in all a fortuitous 4 1 for us.Thanks to Salfords for a nice evening.
