Game 1 Pete unusually of late on his home table not settling at all and Tony taking full advantage with a steady game. Game 2 Nick and Mal both off early and took a while to settle, for the home team luckily it was Mal that dis settle first and got telling 6k break to level the match. Game 3 Paul opened with steady near on 8k break and Joe would have needed 1400 a minute to win it, not going to happen on the Alex. Game 4 Rick opened with 6k+ and always in charge, Ros did have the balls back a couple of times. Game 5 Neil Mr steady opened with 6.8 break and left me under 5 minutes, one go each at top of table before I got them back and ran the time out. As usual a very good night with the Nomads who took their chances well. Killer at the end which Nick joined in but the spoils went to Steve. |
