I notice Billingshurst have postponed their season, is there any advise from our committee on this.

Yes, the Chairman advises that, at this current time, he expects that the league will continue as usual until advice is received to the contrary. I know that a number of people were spoken to at Inter-League last night (some over 70) and the vast majority wish to continue as normal. He does accept that some people may not wish to play and that would be respected.

I would suggest that following the very recent government announcement regarding social distancing (Avoiding pubs clubs etc) the committee should seriously consider a postponement for now. Whilst I am not old (Don't snigger at the back) I do have underlying health issues (No i'm not pregnant, I just look like it) which technically put me at risk and a lot of us do have elderly relatives who need to be considered.

The committee are discussing as I type. Can I ask that we await the decision to be put on here which will be done as soon as possible
Thanks

There is now a separate thread Covid-19 and would appreciate people read it and give their thoughts. Thanks
