WE were due to fly out to Spain via Gatwick with Aurigny for Easter. Have re booked to London October half term and paid extra. Costapacket lol. Hoping this nightmare will be over by then and at least we can visit family.

They said originally that booking had to be made by March 31st 2021 but flights could be after this time. Is this not the case? Kind regards Gary

Mine arrived in a series of emails, simply says expires 31st March 2021. There are no flights listed yet for next year so cannot test it.
I have applied for a refund, received an automated reply that's all.

I have applied for a refund, received an automated reply that's all. This is what my email says Sav. Looks like will just use voucher for Guernsey next year. Credit vouchers will be processed before refunds and may be used online for Aurigny flights, on any route, for any passenger and are valid for one year.(travel date may be later than one year) and will be emailed to you.

I paid for mine on my credit card. My understanding is that they are jointly liable.
I'll wait and see what Aurigny say first.

Message to anyone who was travelling to Guernsey for our Bar Billiards Open 2020. If I can help in any way regarding cancelled travel and accommodation arrangements, please send me a PM if you are still dealing with issues. Not wishing to duplicate what Tom and Luke Oliver have done in a rapid fashion. They sensibly made arrangements with management for the tournament in 2021 and accommodation issues at the venue Rocquettes, so I am not wanting to get involved or duplicate any discussions already processed for that particular hotel. Regarding travel via Aurigny, one recent development I have noticed on local websites is that many people who think they have not had a reply by email from them have later discovered that these replies have gone into their junk folders. Please check if this has happened to you. A huge amount of local people have asked for refunds and there is confusion not just in Guernsey, but worldwide, on how long it will take for these refunds to be processed. There are rules in place re refund timelines set by airlines worldwide, however you would have to check the small print to see if these rules exist or are adhered to by Aurigny. I will endevour to do my best and try and keep you all up to date with official announcements in the local paper and other media. I would prefer it if you send me a PM if you are having any problems regarding refunds and only put general comments on this thread, so that replies can remain confidential. Thank you all, Norman.

I have been offered to either rebook for a later date or a credit to use within the next 18 months by Condor, so happy can use for next year.

I have been offered to either rebook for a later date or a credit to use within the next 18 months by Condor, so happy can use for next year. I always travel by Condor Fast Cat, but I book a package with Travelsmith Uk, trading as Condor Breaks. Unconditional full refund this year. Always good deals and excellent service from them for the last 12 years.

Following chasing Aurigny about keeping hard up pensioners from their justly deserved refund:
1000hrs received email (again) to say be patient dealing with refunds in date order, unprecedented number fob off etc.
1245hrs received notification of refund being applied and sorry for the delay.
Two months for Aurigny to refund. Steam Packet, who do not have the best of names for customer service, refunded my Manx Classic TT fares for van plus trailer plus passengers within five days.

Hi Jean,
refunds@aurigny.com
seems to get the quickest reply for me.
customerservices@aurigny.com
very slow, if any, reply though this is the one I have been asked to use. I wait a few days for a reply and send to the refunds address.
Good luck.
