I'm never going to get this - I live 600 yards away from a working mill and have been over it several times, seen demos and even ground some wheat into flour myself !
PS. Moistening the grain before the process would not have that dramatic effect on the amount of flour produced, the recommended amount of water to add being only 2%.

Tommo, what if you double bag it? One bag inside the other, filling the inside bag would also fill the outer one

Can i query the answer to Number 2 - within the question it says "The largest denomination was £1" yet in the answer, the largest denomination is 10p ???
