doh - ray - me - fah - soh - lah - tee - doh is eight notes in a standard C scale (remember the song?). Second doh is an octave higher.

Okay, let's look at the musical answer first as that has certainly given us the most varied answers! 😃 Yes, I certainly do remember the song although it has been many years since I last saw the film.... but, if I remember correctly, she sings "and that brings us back to doh" (or the C that is an octave higher) which makes me think that the second "doh" is the start of the next scale rather than the end of the original one. I guess that is open to interpretation so I will give you a bonus point for the happy memory from a lovely old film anyway. 😃 Another point for correctly answering question 7.
