Not seen one like that before, with only 7 holes...... Check out this link, you will see French, Swiss, Italian among others:
We have also seen a Slovakian table in play on YouTube (not displaying any more, sadly) with the five end pockets formed in an arc. And the players looked very skillful !

It’s an odd looking thing and small, less than 5ft. I thought someone might have recognised the maker as I couldn’t see another anywhere. Perhaps it was a DIY put together for a small bar !
It looks to have had a lot of work recently by the look of the inside of the table.

by those dimensions it is a narrower than narrow table
