Spcc A 4 Old Oak 1
Junkie 5420 Paul 2760 Laurie 2880 Clive 6980 John 5530 Martin 1420 Dave 8480 Nick 1190 Tracy 6180 Charlie 180
First up Junkie and Paul and Junks off with a steady 3800 break.Paul next to get the balls Back but broke down early. Paul made a couple of small breaks before Junkie cleared up.
Game 2 Laurie against in form Clive. Tommo on and off fairly quickly gave Loz an early chance to gets lead. The game developed into tit for tat until Clive got his head down to take the lead. Leaving a one up short gave Laurie one last chance but no. Clive next to get them back made sure of the win next visit and keep his 100% record.
Third up Martin and yours truly. Plenty of chances for both of us with neither player taking aadvantage. Eventually I got them back only to come off and Martin got in. Going along nicely he left one awkward and missed losing his break. Finally I put the game to bed with my final break.
Dc and Nick next and Dave with the break off to a good start . Plenty of goes for Nick but he just couldn't get going. Dave never in trouble added some more for a comfortable victory .
Last but not least Tracy and Charlie. Charlie on and off giving Tracy a good chance and she took full advantage. Nip and tuck and plenty of goes Tracy eventually made a couple of telling scores to run away
An easy winner.
A good result for us and a lovely evening with Clive and the Old Oak gang. .

As John says, a good sociable evening with plenty of highlights: Sleezy also keeping his 100% record, Peter Gabriel music courtesy of D.C., some amusing banter with Tracy and a good spread of food from Junkie.
Martin unlucky in losing 3k with a nasty leave behind the 100 hole, but Nick went home happy with Fulham banging in another 6 goals .....
