The final was contested on Dec. 20th. between the Locomotive A and the Prince of Wales at the Henty and provided a surprise outcome given the relative positions of each team in the league table. The match went into the 6th. game in order to decide the winner and this year the honours go to the Locomotive A. Congratulations to Mr. H and his team and a thank you to Martin and his team for making it a competitive and close run contest. Scorecard. The Locomotive A did enough against the Vine to progress to the final. In the other game the Henty A beat the BLEP 4 - 2 Section B. In the decided the prince of Wales sailed into a 4 - 0 lead to defeat the Henty B and booked their place in the Final. In the other game the White Hart beat the Locomotive B 4 - 2. League Cup Final Details. Date Tuesday 20th. December, venue The Henty, start 8pm. Locomotive A v Prince of Wales. The match will be played as per the normal league match rules. In the event of a tie, the highest team aggregate on the night decides the winner. Toss of a coin between the two captains prior to the start of the game to determine which side will be deemed to be the home team.
