Worthing B 2 - 5 West Sussex
James Whittle * 5170 - 7720 Daniel Wheal. James off at 2.7k Daniel replied with just over 3k but first to get them back and made sure. James added a few more but lost his 100% record for this seasons inter-league.
Brian Richards 2040 - 8730 Barry Holt *. Barry off at 3.7k, Brain balls back going well but miscued at 1.6k and off. Barry made sure.
Rick Cunningham 3420 - 8120 Kevin Charlton *. Kev pegged his opening break, Rick balls back but off early and this time Kev started to build a lead but off giving Rick another chance but he was unable to capitalise and Kev made sure although one or two sweaty palms times before touching up.
Roger Taylor * 9300 - 1230 Trevor Fitzwilliam. Roger opened with 7970 giving Trevor no chance.
Pete Hickman 270 - 14700 Martin Cole *. Captains innings from Martin touching on 10050.
Alan Mepham 470 - 11920 Chris Cox *. Chris off early but first to get them back and 9500 break made sure.
Tony Jenner * 7800 - 1900 Gareth Cornford. TJ Peggged just on 4k bit of play at top of table and TJ balls back and 5.5k break. Gareth did get balls back but off at less than 2k and TJ added some more.
Well played West Sussex who took their chances against a fairly strong Worthing team. Good to see Roger playing inter-league again.

Sorry I haven't got the scores from last night's match forgot to take snap of card which Is with Mr Jukes.
A presis as best I can.
First up Ian and Geoff . Ian off early but Geoff struggling with the top meant Ian kept a lead well into the game. Geoff eventually got them back and played it to the bar a lucky 1-0 Second Gerry and super sub Denise. Gerry confidently off with 4k but balls back for Denise who superbly chased Down Gerrys score 2-0 Next on me and Pete. Pete off with 3k and left split up the middle which I tried to clear but no. Pete next to get Them back and made some more. I was next to get them back going ok on 3k plus played an awful shot and Lost them ,Pete playing well added some more 2-1 Dj and brian next .Dave off unusually early game was pretty even until dave made a good last break 3-1. Curt on next against Gaz to stop the rot. Not the greatest of legs with Curt off before me and colin could get The sarnies. Great steady leg from Gary 4-1 and the points. Last 2 games Vinnie and Martin v Col and DC. Very similar to Gary's game.Good steady stuff. Incredibly 6-1.
Table was tricky and very whippy tonight but a great evening as always with the Tunbridge Wells lads and a great Rresult for us.

Brighton B 1-6 Brighton A Brighton A looking for some revenge after the Bees excellent win at the Stag **Alan Brackenridge 12,830 - 220 Bob Hall - Alan made a steady 5k to start with, Bob an express pace shot for nothing and then another 6k from Big Al for a good opening win Mark Scott 3410 - 12,130 Matthew Knight** - 9.5k opener from me, with a couple of excursions gave Moppy no chance, he came back with 3k Michelle Baden 560 - 13,900 Phil Osborne** - Phil didn't look particularly comfortable in his opening break but still made 6k, Michelle got them straight back and whipped first one up and off. Phil a much more comfortable second break of 7k **Jean Brackenridge 7110 - 7780 Kevin Hall - Jean's score her very good opening break with a trick shot to boot, straight 50 on the right ended up in the left 50 off when she was in two minds over a 10 or 100 split, super sub Kev took a little time to settle down but once doing so looked in good form with some brilliant 100 splits, timing the chase to perfection, getting in front just as the bar went for a great win Marcus Chipman 3090 - 9980 Jim Millward** - Jim was awesome never missing a 10/20/100 split, actually it was more like never getting one until near the end when he finally found it He still got nearly 10k!! Marcus had a great chance early on as only 3k behind when he got the balls back but not to be as off on only 1k Jack Baden 5210 - 7880 Chris Tupper** - Tupps in great form, another good opener taking up plenty of time including one of the few to work out you could get the 100 split from high up. Annoyed again when he left the one up short just shy of 5k. Jack played a shot at a thousand miles an hour for nothing, then Tupps sealed the leg next visit. Very good 5k from Jack at the end, but another defeat to the mighty Tupps **Stuart Carruthers 1580 - 13,710 Nigel Senior - think we were all surprised to see Stuart left until last, bit of a hiding to nothing playing Nige, struggling for form he was nearly off first break shot but recovered well then hit a split thin and that was that. Nige in awesome form with a 10k break, think he might have had one excursion (am sure he will correct me if I am wrong) More chances than I thought tonight especially as the table was pretty good but did catch a few out Enjoyable night with plenty of loud banter from the usual suspects, a first win of the season for the defending champions
