Brewery Tap A 4 Windmill 1
Tap kep pressure at the top with fine win, Tj winning first against Gareth Lloyd, then wins for Richard Wooton ( Gina Sherratt ), Marcus Chipman ( Arthur Brewster ), Nigel Senior ( Bill Kerr ) and Chris Reeves ( Dave Anscombe).
Highlight of the evening Marcus`s fight back against Arthur, and the penalty shootouts at the football.
Sure Nigel will fill in the details.
The Dyke B beat the Tap B at the Dyke, do not know exact score.

Good score Gary and as you say warming to the task after a shakey start to the season.

Thanks Tony and Nige, just a shame we couldn't have started the season in the same way and made a fight of the league. Miracles can happen though so were not giving in just yet.
On another note does anyone know the situation with Stadium D? Are they still going and if not what happens?

The Stadium D are still going, and will hopefully make it to the end of the season.
If they do drop out, as over half the matches have been played, the games left will be awarded to the teams they have left to play. Usually they are awarded 5-0 but, if there are quite a few left, the commitee may decide to award each match 3-2, which is something that happened a few years ago when the Battle of Waterloo dropped out with several games left.

Wellie B 4 - 1 Kendal
No scores to hand but...
Game 1. Dave Richings started against Nick. Quite a close game with Nick winning in the end. 1-0 Game 2. Tony W and Pete. Both tried to lose to start with. Pete winning by a small margine. 2-0 Game 3. Pete W and Mark. Pete had a game of very little luck. 3-0 Game 4. Pete M and Myself. I'm not quite sure exactly what happened here apart from Pete beat me by 800. 3-1 Game 5. No Darvel this week so we took the last. 4-1
Friendly game with banter and I'm told the Pizza was nice.
