Great win for the 3 Horseshoes last night 5-0 at home to the Dyke A to keep the pressure on the Brewery Tap. I wonder why Richard was trying to make us think they lost by sending Glenn a text saying just that ??? And then Glenn doing the acting bit by ringing Caroline (or pretending to) to confirm it!
Anyway, back to the facts :)

An impressive win there, KT. Some very good players were made to suffer (a bit like my lot last night ;) )

Had Doug been asked did you beat the Tap tonight he would have had to answer NO !! But the question was did you beat the Tap, which of course The Albion did when they played us at theirs.
So Technically his answer was correct. ;)

I would stick to posting letters Kevin, leave the detective work to someone else , if you really are that bothered I am sure glenn can provide his mobile bill to confirm his call to Caroline.
I was winding Glenn up also, he called to see if it was correct, Caroline was in on the wind up , so was Jean, Doug and all the others , we were all having a laugh :), you should try it some time.

Romans B 2 Windmill C 3
All games with the break, Windmill winners TJ, Bill K, Rick C, Romans winners Colin G and Steve Hurley.
Entertaining evening played in great spirits.

Good results for both the Tap and the Horseshoes keeping the premier open and a win for the Windmill C tightening up the fist division.

Any results from last Wednesday for Div 2? Well I can tell you that the Wellie beat the Tap 3-2 but doubt that that is the result you are interested in Gary.

Racehorse,
Unfortunately to Stadium were on holiday or something, so our game will have to be rearranged.
