Albion 3 - 2 Wellie
A good night at the Albion. Again no scores but the results are as follows
Game 1. Nick Simmons started off against Kev. A close game most of the way with Nick pulling ahead toward the end. 0-1 Game 2. Brian White didn't stand much of a chance against Terry. 1-1 Game 3. Both myself and Caroline tried our best to lose this game. After I had a few head rushes, I won by about 2k. 1-2 Game 4. Bella played her Nemesis Gary. Gary's new cue couldn't save him. 2-2 Game 5. Our captain Dave left himself to play Doug in last last and crucial game. No luck for Dave and Doug went around the score board. 3-2
All in all a night in which we had some laughs, had more beer and didn't disgrace ourselves to much on the table. It'll be a different matter next week at the Three Horseshoes.

Windmill 3-2 Montreal
A great night at the Windmill and some very close games. They got their revenge for us beating them in last years semi-finals. Look forward to the return leg in the Montreal.

Great night at the Windmill, where the Montreal showed how much they are improving. Excellent spotsmanship, good banter and all games could have gone either way.
Table at the moment in the public bar, whilst the other room is redecorated. Moved regularly as we have to share the area with the pool teams, but could see once back in our own area it will be a very good top ( new top put on about five weeks ago).
