Wellie B 5 - 0 Montreal
The scores on the doors this week
Game 1. N Simmonds 1630 - D Robins 620 Game 2. M Senior 3150 - W Pryor 2150 Game 3. J Perrin 6380 - G Mechan 990 Game 4. P Brown 3830 - B Mechan 1460 Game 5. T Scotney 3910 - S Burns 3070
Two or three games were a lot closer than the scores indicate. Tim and Steve's game at the end for, example, could have gone either way.
Else where,
Kendal 2 - 3 Wellie A
The Wellie did well against a Kendal side who seem to be carrying on from last winter. For second week the Wellie were without the Bartrums so could only field 3 players.

Stadium D 1 - 4 Brewery Tap A
Spirited effort from the Stadium D, Susie Mariner beating Richard in the opener in her first game since the international in Feb. The Tap hit back with wins for Marc, Gareth and Chris. Vince Watts broke off with a superb 6k in the 5th but Nigel made it 4-1 with a 10k break

Staying sober is the problem as you can only see three pegs and 9 holes. Table always seems better through a haze, and even if it doesn`t the losing easier to bear.
