The bipedular electro velocipeed got me back from Sandwich OK!!
Definitely a bit shakey this morning though!!

A good night Craig, I've never seen a black peg moved so far without falling!! Sav. Usually you would be called lucky for moving a black peg an inch, and it staying up - but as I missed the ball I was going for, so lost my break, and had no score to lose - didn't feel too lucky! :o >:( Anyway, congrats on the league championship - nice early Christmas present!

Yes, I echo Craig & Sav's comments - a very enjoyable evening, played amongst friends with the right amount of rivalry, competition and banter - thanks to everyone there!! I could not have wished to have clinched the title in many better places - it's been a long wait, but SO worthwhile :) See you all soon - maybe over Christmas for a beer or two? Cheers GW

Sav, John, Wack (& everyone else), As we won't see each other at BB match till after Christmas, please let me know if you are "out" anytime over the festive season - it would be great to meet up for a beer or two. I am in Ash on Christmas Eve and in Herne a couple of other evenings, so get in touch and let's meet up for an early celebratory drink ;) Season's greetings to each of you - and a Happy New Year. Best wishes GW

Groan,
Recovering from a large quantity of Shep's porter @ 4.8% yesterday afternoon and evening at the Magnet. They raised another £64 for the table fund.
Where and when are yo in Ash on Xmas eve?
Sav.

Hi Sav, Aiming to be in the Chequers Inn from about 8pm - they do a good selection of real ales now (3 x bitters plus mild on Saturday!). I will ask Wack if he fancies a beer or two - perhaps John could get over?? Anyone else fancy joining us? ::) Cheers GW
