Hi all i am planning to hold a one day competition open to mid Sussex and Lewes league members.
The competition will be held on Saturday the 25th of July and will be run as a normal open only it will be limited to 32 players, there will also be a plate competition.
The start time will be 11.00am and will hopefully end by 9.00pm.
There will be food available all day (BBQ if weather permits).
There will also be a special bar layed on with guest ales and beers.
The format will be double leg games in both plate and main competition. I can accommodate 64 players if i get the interest but this would mean either no plate or single leg games including a plate but i leave this one to the interest that i get and maybe some preferable ideas from mid Sussex and Lewes forum users.
Also the cost will be dependent on the entry's i get but hopefully will not rise above £7pounds hopefully.
Trophies will be awarded at the end of the evening.
I'm hoping to start giving entry forms at the Sussex open this weekend and the cut off date is the 31st of June.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask and ideas or help on the day would be most welcome.
