Romans B 2 Three Horseshoes 3
Great win for the Shoes keeping up their good form over the Romans
Richard W. 11,480 v 700 Ricky - Ricky chose the wrong shot on his first split and let the Guvnor in, but he was off on about 2k. On his next visit he made the game safe with an 8k break. 1 - 0
Feedthegoat 7,820 v 8,840 Geoff J. - Chris looked to be cruising until a wayward split over 7k let Geoff in. He had enough time to finish off with 8,800. 1 - 1
Gareth 7,600 v 11,610 Sir kt - Lovely table this and I had no problems with my 11k opener. Gareth finished off with 7k. 1 - 2
Marcus 6,670 v 5,180 Ian L. - Marcus was off under 2k. Several minutes passed before Ian retrieved the balls. He made over 3k but then over hit the white on the break which whipped out and then missed the next 50 pot. Marcus got them back and finished off to level the match 2 - 2
Nigel 160 v 16,370 Mr Reaper - Kev opened with a nervy 900 but Nigel didn`t clear the balls. Kev then settled down to make a match winning break of 10k and added anoth 5k for good measure. Well played mate ;) 2 - 3

Brewery Tap 4-1 Prince Of Wales
Lindsey N 520 - 2100 John W A solid start for the POW as John made the most of a couple of pegs from Lindsey
Phil R 5630 - 1270 Trace B A couple of breaks over 2000 from Phil gave Trace little chance
Spencer N 4130 - 1020 Dave R A great win from Spence against the break after Dave left a break short
Adam R 3140 - 1420 Kim H Even for a long period but a couple of pegs from Kim let Adam back in and he pulled away for the win
Rose M 1500 - B/P Ali D A cracking win for Rose against the break and she was still in front win Ali knocked down the black peg.

Dyke B 3 Schooner 2.
A close encounter which certainly could have gone either way, with the Schooner captain not managing to bring home the spoils after four timing the break at 3k and numerous other chances.
