Bit late reporting but the Corner House have seemingly all but clinched this year's league title again with an unexpected 5-1 win at the home venue of one of their closest rivals, the Red Lion at Cassington. After Jon Bamsey had put the home side ahead with his usual big scoring play, we romped back with a big captain's performance from Bob Allsworth. I will be if this table disapppears from the Witney and Eynsham leagues, and even sadder if Andrew Wilson carries out his thoughts of retirement, especially as he only looks 12. Two matches to play so let's see if we can change his mind.
