Hove Park Tavern 4-1 Brewery Tap
Ian C 1530 - B/P Matt K Pete W 2770 - B/P Adam R Tony W 2740 - 2560 Spencer N Peter M 1540 - 1450 Rose M Andy G B/P - 1880 Phil R
An excellent night at the Tavern shame about the result :'( :'( In fairness games 1, 3 and 4 all went to the last ball. I needed the 200 for the win, down went the black peg. Spencer left the balls up and Tony nipped in for the win and Pete needed the 200 to beat Rose and got it. Definitely could have gone either way but well done to our opponents on their win and we are now 1-1 against them this season.

Schooner 4 Windmill 1
Gina Sherratt * 5870 3530 TJ Gina opened with 3k+ before catching split thick, TJ replied with 2k then off forcing 50 hole. Tj break back twice couldn`t settle and when levl left borth up Gina made sure 0-1
Charlie Cooper * 1780 2660 Bill Kerr Charlie off at 1k then game spent at back of table where Bill drew level, Bill break back with minute left touched after getting rid of red after bar dropped 1-1
Mal Spier * 2250 6180 Rick Cunningham Mal off at 1.7k, Rick first to get them back 5k break 2-1
Edge Butler * 490 5950 Dave Ascombe Edge left both up on one up, Dave built 2.8 break and first to get them back for another 2.8k 3-1
Dave France * 2880 4020 Dave Ingram This a game neither wanted to win, but Dave I doing enough with his opportunities 1-4
Good win for the home side giving away all breaks, a great evening with plenty of banter as one would expect.

A good night at The Dyke (apart from the beer of course). Nic's 8970 is his best ever Competitive Game score, so well done to him. The Scottish Vodka air must suit him. ;)
