Does anybody know when the Rankings / Grand Prix Standings / Tournament Results will be updated. ??? Guernsey, Sussex, Kent, Bucks and Over 50's / 60's and Under 25's have been played since the last update but rankings shown are dated 31st May.... :'( Hi Dave I am working on this.....I will send everything over to Sav after the Berks Open next week.Nige Do I sense an update coming?.....I think Sav is going to be very busy shortly putting it all on the Website! ;D ;) |

Just to clear up any potential confusion, the rankings are up to date to yesterdays alternative rules, the only thing missing is the counties champs becuase div 2 is yet to be played (will be played in november). So it does include the Sussex Open even though the results have not been submitted to Sav yet....
With regards to the sussex results I am converting to my format as I prefer to make all the open results look the same so they are consistent to follow, so although I have the results I will have to enter them onto my sheet (there will be a lot of copy and paste going on though!). Same for Guernsey Pairs and England v Guernsey which I think are the only other 2 results missing......although correct me if anything else is not there.......

Are there no records of the 2009 & 2010 Team Champs results, as I can't see them on the Web Site?
Caversham WMC (Berkshire) won it in 2009 and New Sussex Hotel (Sussex) in 2010.

I will answer you.... even if I can't give you any more of an answer than this which is shown under the "Ranking Rules" section...
12) Score bonuses remain unchanged
Which doesn't help very much as it doesn't say what they were before.... ::)
To the best of my knowledge though you are correct to say that score bonuses start at 5,000 in Jersey (and Guernsey too I think..?) and 8,000 in County Opens and AEBBA Competitions. ;D

I've found out that Dreamweaver will reduce the filesize of the Microsoft files by almost 90%, however my copy of Dreamweaver is ten years old!! Sav. |

Just one small comment that there appear to be a few duplications at the foot of the Ladies list - in hand, no doubt. ;)

Just to clarify the ranking lists on the website are final for the year, everything has been included eg the counties even if I have not sent the final results to Sav
Will be sending those to him soon (including the Sussex Open, which I still have not done!!) Will also send over details of the ranking points allocated for Jersey to complete those results. And 2 newsletters should also be on their way soon too - if anyone can send me photos of Jersey/ Grand Prix plus other recent events that would be very helpful
Enough to keep me busy till christmas!!
