According to my old Oxford league rule book, it says that the size of the "D" should be approximately one and three sixteenth inches but the All England rule says one and nine sixteenth inches.!! Is ours a spelling mistake or has the "D" been made bigger some years ago. ?
Keith.

Nine sixteenths Kieth. I make them 1½ inches radius Sav Well i've made some at 1 9/16". I gave one out last night, it is noticeably larger than the one on the table from BB ltd ??? The team i gave it to won't use it because it looks too big, but it's within the rules :-/

But remember - size isn't everything.

But remember - size isn't everything. Joking aside Lorin, it is everything, make the rules work for you not against you, it's what they're there for.
