Unfortunately my technical supporter (my son-in-law) now lives in Canada. Symantec popped up a few weeks ago to say my security was running out. I paid my fees and have now received three discs and a mound of User Guides. I read but I do not even pretend to understand. I have had them over a week and it says that the product will stop working in 15 days so am worried my pennies will be wasted. I have absolutely no idea what needs to be done, and in what order to do it as I do not want to spoil anything.
Has anyone got any idea what I am talking about, because I certainly haven't.
If any help can be given over the phone, I can ring them tomorrow morning. Any personal messages will be accessed early Saturday morning.
