The Lewes Captains Cup competition will be held at the Cock Inn on Monday 7th March, start time 8pm.
The draw was made at the Committee Meeting tonight....
Quarter-Finals
Dave Todd v Richard Jeffreys
Darren Newnham v Derek Taylor
Colleen Park v Kevin Stoner
Richard Spurrier v Ben Proctor
Semi-Finals
Winner Game 1 v Winner Game 2
Winner Game 3 v Winner Game 4
Good luck to everybody taking part..... please bring plenty of people along to support on the night. ;D

Richard Spurrier is now captain of the Beermats so will represent them in this competition on Monday.

Hi guys, very much looking foward to playing on Monday but don't finish work until 8PM. If i am up first that might cause problems. I am aware that the forum is not really the best place for bringing up these things but if anyone can point me in the right direction as to who to contact i would be much obliged.

Cheers all Hi Spud, last year it was played in the order drawn so (assuming it will be the same again this year!) I don't think you will be due to play until about 9pm. ;) I have let the Competition Secretary (Kevin Stoner) know and I'm pretty sure it won't cause a problem, but please try to get there as soon as possible.... If you are playing for Mid-Sussex B in Inter League tomorrow night you will see Kevin there as he is Lewes captain and confirm with him. 8-) |

Well is was definetely worth Spud turning up last night as he played good billiards all evening to win a close final against Darren .
Jock and Colleen were the losing semi-finalists.
Many thanks to the Cock for their hospitality , Dave and Bill for scoring and especially to Sparky for coming in and setting up the table.
