Mill House 2, Limeburners 3
John Turner had a nasty fall at home last Thursday, so our new boy's debut was brought forward by a couple of weeks. ;)
tommo 4430,Ding 3930 Margo 1730, Chippy 3540 Vicky 670, Mick Johnson 2520 BB Warrior 6700, Tony Temple 1240 Johnny Haigh 2040, Steve Holden 4870
Excellent standard of consistency maintained by the visitors. Ding-Dong battle in the first game, only won by me thanks to fluking a red into the 100 after the bar.
Well done to Chippy and his Burners. ;D

Word on the street is Stout A did a whitewash on The Holbrook club...
Added by Ian in his weekly writeup: Stout House A also applied the brush against Holbrook Club where it seemed the home side couldn’t get to grips with the table. First up was Keith Newman against Steve Hopkins then Dave Howlett settled down to the tune of 5340 Holbrook’s Nigel Evans gave Glyn Owen a run for his money but Glyn held it together winning by a mere 380.

Word on the street also is that Plough won 4-1 at Southwater SC.
Southwater S.C 1 Plough 4
Jeff Raine 1120 1200 Kieran Budd Gordon Ling b/p 2770 Steve Vizor Tom Darkins 6970 1540 Mark Webber Ollie Wilkins 830 5950 Dave Vizor Chris Purkiss 1390 4540 Geoff Parsons
Also, the following gleaned from Ian's weekly report:
Roffey Club Y 4, Crawley Club 1 Roffey Y win 4-1 but find themselves down in the mid table at the half way point in the first half. A great start from Lee Cable in the match against Crawley Club gave his side the encouragement needed. Steve King was Crawley’s only winner as Mick Fairs was in fine form putting 12K past Darrell Skinner. A close 4th leg went to Dick Cable & Peter Gibbs closed the night with 9030.
