Mill House 2, windmill B 3
Johnny Haigh 1190, Gary 'Reg' Cresswell 2640 Margo 2650, Barry Dumbrill 1790 Barry Timson 2120, Mike Lennon 1130 Victoria Timson 1130, Steve Eely 2200 tommo 2270, Dave Lennon 3450
Table really tricky tonight, balls hiding in difficult places. Yes we've had some rain recently, but its still recovering after being moved between bars for the cup game just before Christmas. Will have to try and get it playing better for Darrell and Marion's Mixed Doubles on Thursday.
The match. Reg played superbly in the first game as did Margo in game two. That's eight she's won now. Barry just fell over the line in frame three and Steve's experience counted in the fourth. A totally inept performance from tommo in the last, having held the early advantage. Dave grabbed the bull by the horns and posted a telling break mid frame. Well done to the Windmill B, on this showing they're a class act.

word on the stout house street is that roffey applied another brush in the tune of 5-0 Roffey 'Y' 5-BFZ Stout House 'BB' Lee 4600 - 3900 Sk1ppy Moose came from behind well with some fine potting & patience. When I finally got the balls back the bar dropped with too much required. Micky 3190 - 2270 Pete.H Pete had Micky on the ropes but lost 2 x 2K breaks whilst playing superbly. Micky at the table when the bar went. Pete lost more than Micky winning. Dick 6000 - 1370 James James was flying until losing 3K missing the corner ball. Dick as solid as ever capitalised & James never recovered. It would've been interesting if the 3K+ wasn't lost. Pete.G 7320 - 2460 Sam A great game to watch! Pete in control but some wonderful play from Sam too! Junkie 5320 - 1910 Dick Dick had no luck throughout & Junkie played solid adding points at every visit. The 'BB' could have had at least 2 of the 5 points but some silly shots saw us throw away commanding positions & credit to the 'Y' for punishing these errors. The 'Y' are the benchmark & deserve to be top of the pile.
