Merstham VC A 1, South Park Con Club B 4
Graham Cousens 3410, Paul Trottman 3810 Jeff Saunders 380, tommo 9980 Ted Edwards 2730, John Turner 2650 Tony Coppard 3540, Josie+1 5380 Ahmed Saeed 2730, Dave Snashfold 6170
Some good and bad fortune on either side..... tommo's opponent spilled an opening break of 2k with a whip across to the peg; John Turner all but made up a 400 deficit with he bar about to drop and then sank both balls when he needed to leave one up; and "Josie plus one"'s opponent played a solid game but Josie's form was just too good.
A magnificent table to play on. Unfortunate that our absent friend the Reaper was in a lot of pain and couldn't make it. Get well soon m8. :-*

i have an absist the size of a bar billiard ball in my throat. so instead of the saying 'eat, sleep and drink coca cola' in my case it is 'eat, sleep and cant swallow bar billiards'. :D

Was really pleased in the end tho - the table was beautiful - and although one or two of the team struggled with the umph needed to get the balls to the holes on a slow top - it suited me down to the ground!!! Even I left the break shot short a couple of times - that will give you an indication of the umph needed!!!! ;D Hope you're feeling better m8. :)

blimey jo it was slow if you were leaving them short on the break. normally an armerd vest and tin hat is required for the scorer and checker when you are playing. lol. ;D ;D
am feeling alot better now the tablets have kicked in. its about the size of a golf ball now.
perhaps if i kept my mouth shut and stopped flirting i wouldn't be getting bar billiard balls stuck in my throat.
