Dun Horse 2, Mill House 3
Bravo 5200, Johnny H 2110 (Both spilled a 2k+ break) Spudgun 2550, Vicky 2200 (Scores exactly level with bar gone, Spud mopped up) The Giff 1690, Barry 5200 (The Giff briefly threatened, but Barry eased clear) King Lear 410, BB Warrior 10630 (BBW celebrating his England callup) Skippy 3060, tommo 7290 (nice 200 at the end from Skippy to secure his ranking point)
Good sociable evening and the new Landlord is a very pleasant character. Sandwiches were good, the Dun now presumably an "egg-free" zone. ;)

Holbrook beat Southwater 3-2
S'water took a strong 2 nil lead-Ollie and myself taking the wins. Tom and Steve played in what we called the game of the night. Tom lost a healthy score and Steve to full advantage knocking in close to 5k at one point to get his team going again. Alex Harding is still settling in and had it tough as did Scott Puttock in the fifth.
Sam, Vic et al were in great spirits (although Sam does need to look after his phone a little better and not "accidently" send a love message to other men on his phone...tut tut!
A perfect way to finish a difficult season for out team but a huge amount of potential for next year with our "new new" generation coming through once again.
Table played perfectly at the start of the night. It wasnt perfect come the fifth apparently but has to be one of the best tops if not the bext top Ive seen/played on this past year or so. Hats off to Vic for getting it up to that standard.

Stout House A 1-4 Stout House BB from Ian:Over at The Stout House Derby it was the BB’s who had the upper hand of being the away side which they put to good use giving them a hold on 3rd place & sending their A team down to Div 2. Sam Short carried on her winning ways taking the first leg from Barry Lawson. A Good 6K from Dick Dewdney made it 2-0 Peter Hartley made it 3 in a row for the match. Dave Howlett proved too strong for Adam Kuzimski to give The A side a point. Ricky Dewdney closed the night with a fine 8180 over Mr Carver.

Roffey Y 2 Windmill B 3 The League Champions fall over now they have won the title ;) Additional info from Ian's weekly report:Top of div 1 met Top of Div 2 as Windmill B became only 1 of 5 to match the mighty Roffey Y. Barry Dumbrill played an impressive game to edge out Rick Langridge. Dave Lennon(4780) made it 2 with a win over John Miller. Roffey big hitter Mick Fairs stopped the attack in the 3rd with 8550. Lee Cable fired in 6960 against Lin Lennon to square the match. However Steve Eely dominated the final leg against a struggling Dick Cable.

Crawley Club - Plough ( postponed to spare week ) Match result Crawley Club 2, Plough A 3 according to Alan. This means that Crawley Club finish on the same points as Limeburners. We await to hear Ian's/the Committee's ruling on how this affects the runners-up spot - will a play-off be ordered ?
