Hello brighton players,
ive been asked to post this thread up by my father,
the dinner and dance will be at the albion hotel where has it been for the past 2 years...
it will be held on friday 6th june, between 7 n half past for arrival..
the meal this year will be £30 per head i do believe there is a new menu this year which alex will post very soon but if you and your team are interested please get in contact with either of us for more information..
its only a few months away so we will need to get reply in asap to confirm numbers..

thank you matthew for pointing that one out, it was supposed to be the friday 8th june, but i have been informed by sandra that it is sussex masters & open weekend which is a pain, so we will have to re-arrange the dinner and dance for another date but we will keep you informed with date time etc.....

there is a committee meeting on sunday i do believe so after that they will be made up as soon as possible and sent out to every team or team member......

I don't believe there is actually a committee meeting, I think Sheena is meeting with Alex on Sunday to sort out the menu and the pricing because it seems none of this has been done - certainly no forms or menu have been circulated(although I am happy to be corrected if this is wrong). The next committee meeting is actually on the 6th May at the Atlas including the wonderful job of trophy cleaning ::) .......perhaps some improvements in all committee matters next year.......??

ive been told to post this on behalf of alex matthews:
dinner dance is £25 a head for def....
menu we be made up with the choice of:
Starters: Tomato soup or prawn cocktail
Mains: chicken wrapped in bacon or new zealand lamb both with the trimmings
Desserts: chocolate pudding...
same menu we have had for the past 3 years whilst at the royal albion...
(by the way i am only the messenger be passed information over to provide on the forum...)
