Atlas A 3-2 Smugglers
G.Jukes 5210 - 7490 C.Green** M.Smith** 2620 - 5110 M.Knight I.Lelliott 11,820 - 3290 S.Hurley** M.James** 5060 - 1480 D.Jones T.Lewis w/o - 00 No Player
Unfortunately the Smugglers only had 4 players which proved costly. An enjoyable evening, with some close games that could have gone either way. We definitely missed a great chance of victory.

Charles Dickens 4 Swan A 1.
The scores seem to indicate that we are settling in to our new home. Two 9000s, one 8000 and two 5000s.
Only a great 5000+ break towards the end by Terry Denyer (to beat Barry Squires) stopped us getting the 5-0.

Well done Henry, is that break classed as a home or away break as you played your home game at the Smugglers instead of the Duke ??

Very well done to Henry, but something the committee needs to discuss as my feeling is that it classes as a home game although by mutual agreement played on a neutral table so would not count as high away break. But this will be a full committee decision.

Thanks all. Personally I had assumed it would only count as a home break...
