No I did not ! All I got by clicking on the link was a clip of Rick Astley, which annoyingly kept sticking - to add insult to injury. ::)

Yes, that's right Tommo..... Ok, a more traditional description of last nights match will now commence. Duke of Wellington B vs Atlas CGary Frizzell 1,760 - 8,320 Glenn ChubbI messed up a few times at the beginning and didn't really get into the game until the second half. Had fun getting the balls back though! 1-0 to the Atlas. Nick Simmonds 4,480 - 4,800 Geoff JukesGeoff was doing all he could to keep the game close, like myself he came off the break a few times and didn't not have enough on the board until after the bar had dropped, but just managed to scrape across the time. 2-0 to the Atlas. It's now time to explain what Rick Rolling is. There is a good article on wiki that explains it well, but google it yourself if you don't trust me link. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RickrollingTim Scotney 200 - 7,130 Grant TullyDidn't see much of this match I'm afraid, I was smoking, drinking, singing and arguing. 3-0 to the Atlas. Mark Senior 1,650 - 9,600 Sue MarinerSue got the break back and when she did, racked up a very impressive 8,770 break using Jim's cue, and I thought she was going to get a lot more. Then both players got a few more points at the end. 4-0 to the Atlas. * Sue Mariner: Break 8,770Kim Hurley 270 - 14,840 Steve MarinerSteve, never the one to want to be upstaged by his wife managed to block out my David Bowie impressions and get a great score with 2 visits to the table to finish of a very enjoyable night. 5-0 to the Atlas. That you to the Wellington for hosing us, and for the lovely food. I will look forward to playing there again.

Hope you enjoy :) Have to agree with Tommo on this entirely.... think it will definitely put people off the (very good) idea of using new technology to try and promote the game if all you end up looking at is something like this! :P >:(

Guys, I was meant to be funny. Well, we all thought Milhouse's jokes were "the pits" but even they are gaining some credibility now. ;D ;D ;D

Hmm, never read Millhouses jokes, don't even really know who Millhouse is. I'm guessing someone from Oxford.
I don't wish to detract from an excellently run and useful weekly threat. My apologises for the Rickroll. It was wrong to do that. What can i say, I had had a few drinks and had just come home after being observered by a very old friend of mine (and a total gentleman who I trust emplicitly) as being the "spare part" in my team. I was a litle upset and this was not the place to inject humor.
It won't happen again I promise.
Anyway, well played to everyone this week, and to Sue who I believe is going to take some shifting with regards to the ladies high away break.

Well, we love humour on here and there's a whole Board dedicated to it, and I note that you've discovered the correct niche for RickRolling as you have posted your Star Trek and Star Wars versions on it.
Re: my comment on Milhouse jokes, I thought you might have remembered the Poll we had on them back in 2006 - the days when you were running things.
It's still there to see: at the bottom of Page 2 on 'other fun and humour'.
