Westhill B 2 V 3 Mont
Mont giving away all 5 breaks.
I Huddy 0 - 2700 G Mechan O Roberts 1900 - 1510 M Barsby V Kwok BP - 2050 M Scott T Carver 1100 - 2150 D Robins N Shelborne 2810 - 1150 B Mechan
Table seemed ok on break but unfortunately only DJ managed to get it back in the 5 games and missed. Pockets very whippy and completely dead back end.
First game went over 22 mins so i had to call a halt and agree to play out remaining balls. Second game coin machine stuck so table opened, unfortunately they do not have a key for coin slot. After removing a screw and placing it to hold bar up games continued, timed to 19.45 sec. 4th game white ball stuck in table for over half game so played with 6 whites, and recovered for last game.
Table always seems alot more playable when Tupps is around. Matt if you are watching i would advise against any cup comps until issues resolved.
Having said that about table, does not take away from a good night. Food superb and great to see new players really keen and enjoying the game. I just wish they had a better table to do so as they would be improving at better speed.

Afternoon everyone. Another epic night. I'll crack on with the report.
Atlas C vs Black Horse
S.Mariner 14,770 vs 6,530 Ian Lelliott Ian came off on 450 missing the one up, Steve got the balls back in a couple of shots and set about making another big break. He was on for maybe 22-23k, but played a bad shot up the back and came off with 13k. Ian then got 6k before allowing Steve to pot a few more at the end. 1-0 to the Atlas and Steve's now scored 55k in the last 3 league matches!
G.Tulley 16,490 vs G.Lloyd 160 After last weeks exploits, I personally was wanting Grant to speed things up and go for 22k. However the ever steady Grant got to about 12k (I think) before touching up. Gareth could not get the balls back so Grant went on to score over 16k. 2-0 to the Atlas.
G.Jukes 6,810 vs 10,930 R.Wooton I would be lying if I said I saw much of this one, but in a high playing game Richard came off with enough to secure the victory, and even then Geoff racked up some score at the end. 2-1 to the Atlas.
J.Millward 18,920 vs 310 N.Senior Jim started and in fairness, never looked like coming off for a second. After going past 10k, the only question was how many did he want to get! However being such a big game, Jim started to roll up to the 50 hole on about 12, coming off with 13k. Nigel could not get the balls back, and so Jim carried on to rack up an awesome score to secure the victory for the Atlas 3-1.
So with an average of 18,370 points scored per leg, all eyes were naturally on me and Locky to carry on the epic scoring fest. As always, we save the best till last........
G.Chubb 3,050 vs 3,450 M.Chipman
Lets see where do I start! I got the break back within the first minute and got a kick missing both balls by miles on the first break shot, the second time I got it back the ball rolled off the spot before hit it. It was a back and forth aware with neither one of us wanting to win. But credit as always to Locky to win the last game to end the result as 3-2 to the Atlas.
Fantastic night with the Black Horse guys as always. Lots of excellent banter and discussion. I look forward to our next match already, and wish them luck for the rest of the season. As always big thank you to the Atlas for the excellent food and for always making us feel welcome.
Until next week.
