Great result at the Swan tonight for us, picking ourselves up from the narrow League defeat. We beat the Duke of Wellington 3-1.
BB Warrior opened with 9k in the first against Chocie. Messi and Mal had a right old ding dong until Alan made a 3k break to level the match. Henry looked in control of game 3 until Nipper flew at the death to catch a 5700 deficit and nick the point. Dunc then played his game of the season, opening with 3700 and getting them back to make another 4k after Nigel had broken down. I could have stayed home lol ( I wouldn`t have missed this for all the tea in China ;D)
Thanks again to my team, only two League defeats (both to the champs) to get runners up and then Chairmans Cup winners ;) Thanks also to the Swan for their hospitality and to Dave, Ian & Matt for scoring.
Looking forward to next season already :-X
