Mill House 2, Plough 3
Vicky 870, Geoff Parsons 2350 (solid game from Geoff) Margo 1210, Kieron Budd 5470 (a star is born !) Tony 4120, Steve Vizor 3530 (Tony leaving it late) tommo 3370, David Vizor 7160 (revenge time for Dave from the first half) Johnny 3320, Keith Potter BP (even steven until Keith's BP 3/4 way through)
A gutsy performance from the Plough who barring a miracle (two 5-0's for Southwater) are Div.Two champions. Result also received favourably by the home team who needed 2 points to be safe.
Thanks to the visitors for a good social evening and for appreciating the grub (pub made a special effort tonight). 8-)

Stout House Derby
Barry 1050 - 3500 Dick (Barry had no luck & Dick added with a couple of breaks) Glyn 6340 - 4040 Junkie (Glyn put it out of reach with 2 good breaks, Junkie 3.5k too late) Gordon 2160 - 430 Pete (Pete BP'd mid game & never recovered) JTidy 1010 - 8350 Adam (Adam tucked up after a 7k break, scrappy game from there) Twiggy 60 - 18700 Ricky (Ricky off after 2.3k, Twiggy sunk 1 ball, Ricky played it out)
Stout A 2-3 Stout BB
The younger Stout brothers stunned the older brother by doing the double this season!

Windmill A 0 Dun Horse B 5 So, both top teams win 5-0, and the league title remains in the balance: Dun Horse B visit Southwater SC next week for the postponed game, knowing that a match tie or match win will secure the Championship. (2-3 defeat no good as Roffey Y would get the decision on matches won). Their opponents Southwater are unlikely to just roll over, as depending on how they got on last night (anyone know ?) they could still be in with a chance of runners-up and promotion from the lower division!

Situation now straightforward.......both teams (Southwater SC and Dun Horse B) need to win the postponed match: Dun Horse B for the 1st Div Championship, and Southwater in order to deny Limeburners the 2nd Div runners-up spot.
Congratulations to Plough, now confirmed as 2nd Div Champions. 8-)
