Good table and a very convivial evening. Maxi promised to "Kick my A**e" in our second game, and proceeded to do exactly that. Colin won a very tight second game, finishing the table off to win.

Sweet revenge for our 6-0 defeat at the Oak earlier in the season, but not really deserved. Steve took his chances well to beat Terry twice in two high-scoring games and I had fourthousandbreakitis against Brian. Fred was unlucky to lose both to Turbo in a pair of scratchy games but thank you anyway.. ;D
At least we're not bottom....

Did Red Lion play their game a day early? We played ours last night, the 30th ;) :)

Apart from Geoff's break game when he went in with over 8k, all the games were scrappy and could have gone either way. Ian was unlucky to lose a score & break by knocking the black peg over in the final game.
So, that's 2 defeats in a row, we are doing our best to throw the league away!
Have the Red Lion played Royal Oak yet ?

I believe Colin's arranged with Terry to play next Thursday
We played on Tuesday as normal? or am I being dense and missing something??
