Nice evening with plenty of sounds from the Juke Box, food went dowm well as well and also nice to give the oppos something to think about.
Well done to Nick and his team on a comprehensive win thrashing
A good night with Brighton B and much closer than the scores suggest, 1st game went to the last couple of balls, Gary opened well but once he got the break back Matt always in control. Joe opened with 7k. Alan had no luck at all and I was able to take advantage of it with two breaks. Paul 3k couple of breaks and Bella just could not get the balls back. Nick opened with 3k, Jean was passed that and on the break when she played one up the middle and the ball just ducked right to take out the black peg. Marcus gave Doug one outside chance opening with 7k, and then finished off a superb leg.
A 5-2 win for Worthing, wins for Terry, Jim, Ian, Stuart and KT. Geoff and Mal won for Redhill, do not have the scores hopefully someone will add them !!
Terry Molloy 5200 v 4270 Vernon Sparkes - Molly off on 2k, Vern got 4k before Terry finished off for the point Ian Lelliott 13360 v 450 Colin Robbins - Colin put his first one up behind and was punished for it. Ian made 9670 and added a bit more Jim Greensted 12570 v 660 Tony Cross - Tony pushed an early break past the left fifty. A couple of visits later, Jim made a 12560 break Stu Mepham 8780 v 4840 Dave Constable - Two breaks from Chocie to DC's one was enough for the result Gerry Fitzjohn 590 v 8810 Geoff Jukes - Geoff off fairly early but Fitz couldn't get them back. Geoff added another break. Martin Smith 6850 v 8980 Mal Spier - One break each in this one, Mal with the opener Kevin Tunstall 13970 v 1290 Gary Powell - I opened with 10500 and added more on my next visit
Always a fab evening with the Redhill lads, good to see Vernon on the premises. Thanks to the Alexandra for the food later
Yes, once a King always a King but once a Knight and happy

Result could have gone either way with games 5 and 6 both being decided on the 100
When the food started coming out we thought there was a function of 100 people about to turn up such was the quantity. We tried the best we could but don't think we even got halfway.
