Great night at the Eastbourne Seven Sisters , tho the dozy captain went to Seaford first . A couple of close games even got Peter doing a few dance moves , couldn't match Zoe tho . Zoe and Ash impressed in the 4 pin friendly , and the football tonight was pretty good

Just to note that the league website has the full address and postcode of each venue on the appropriate team page; including a handy link to Google maps. Yes, I know, horses, stable door bolts, etc.

5 of us walked into an empty pub , asked for the Billiard table , when showed a pool table suddenly realized our mistake . Lucky we didn't get the drinks in . Slap the captain again Done it, and have the teeshirt. The year..............1980. Horsham Interleague match away to Littlehampton. We were due to play at the Locomotive, but not the one we have now come to know and love. This Locomotive was at Terminus Road, next to the Station: www.closedpubs.co.uk/sussex/littlehampton_locomotive.htmlNot there now of course, but it was the one that had bar billiards. Having not been there before, we stopped off at the first Locomotive we could find, the one at Wick. Seven of us walked in with cues but there was no table of any sort for us to play on...... Ironically they had never heard of bar billiards at the time. How times change !
