A good team performance tonight leading to excellent win for the hosts. Jim with a strong performance in the first, then two very good performances against the break to give us the win. Mike with an excellent 11k break to put us 4-0 before a consolation leg for the visitors from the "king of the 10 split" Osborne in the last. Thanks to the New Oak for a good night and to Tony for doing the transporting, much appreciated.

Good win for the away side tonight, table was slow but playing well as long as you didn't go past the white legs !! Only one game won with the break the rest rest all won against. A couple of very nice pizza's and plenty of friendly banter 🙂

Interesting game as both teams only had 4 players each so things worked out equal. Dave Lee quickly got going, leaving Toni playing catch up which was never going to be easy. Alan slipped at the beginning which Martin jumped on but then Alan came back. Martin was pleasently surprised he ended up on a grand behind. Dave quickly got into the groove for the away team, leaving Ash sitting around for long stretches. Phil started with a 3 grand break and Lance never really got back into the game with balls spinning out of the pockets. Dave Lee was out for revenge after knocking down the white peg at Pocket Rocket's home and he took it spectacularly, leaving Lance struggling for the 2nd time that night. After all the loses, it was good to get back to winning again.
