With the league now suspended can captains make their venues aware and try to get the message out to all players, thanks.
Hopefully this damn virus will blow itself out and we can complete the league in the summer months

Think you’ve used the wrong words there. Afraid to go out!!
I think a lot of people are being sensible and following guidelines given to us by experts. Trying to protect our own family and friends and the vulnerable.

I was saying that I think using the word afraid was wrong. I explained why above. If you want to go and play 31’s that is your choice. But you make it sound that other people won’t go because there scared. They are making there choice for all sorts of reasons.
Everyone has there own opinion on the situation. Some will follow the guidance given by people with much more expertise than any of us. Others won’t.
Not sure what large gatherings has to do with it as that is not the advice being given.

Because surprisingly that is the advice that is being given you should only need to stay at home to self isolate if you start getting the symptoms as this virus you may catch it once twice or as many times as it stays around for I am just trying to get people playing the game they love and keeping a pub open If people don’t want to go out they don’t need to and I never said they did So back to the main focus 31’s at the stag Thursday pm The main focus is 31's when 20,000 people are likely to die of this disease!! We have ALL been asked to restrict social contact as much as is possible. This disease can ONLY be spread by social contact, possibly people playing 31's. Last year I was lucky during a heart related incident, the paramedics were there within seven minutes blue lights flashing and a doctor shortly after because they had trouble stabilising me. Where will they be this year? yes you've got it - looking after people who are now seriously ill, possibly after playing 31's.

And surprisingly you obviously haven’t read or listened to the news the last 2 days
Whatever choice people make is up to them. It’s an individuals choice. I don’t have a problem with that. No one knows what is going to happen in the next few weeks/months. All I hope is people stay healthy along with there friends and families.

I guess Bob has deleted all his previous posts which now destroys the continuity of the thread, fortunately I quoted one.
I don't want to control editing and deletion but sometimes it appears necessary

Disgusting and non factual get the facts right sav as that’s not the reason fit healthy people will be playing, people with no symptoms people are happy to be out that take the correct steps with everything in place that allows people to enjoy the night and also enjoy a game we play
