www.ebay.com/itm/333629389071This table is in Tracey, California.... otherwise known as the middle of nowhere. Haven't heard of this maker. Any thoughts on the OBO asking price?

It's certainly an interesting one, Elie.
Originates from Jeumont, which is on the France/Belgium border. The game itself originates in Belgium, so that may be one of the first-ever tables, especially if as the vendor states, it has been in the same family for generations.
We have seen French tables before, but all have had one hole (the 200) missing but otherwise of good build quality: Our great leader (Sav) has picked up a few on the cheap and drilled out a 200 hole before putting them in circulation.
But this one seems to be a rarity, hence they have pitched it quite high. Whether or not the asking price is reasonable rather depends on if it has a working timer.

Tommo's summary is about spot on. It is certainly Franco/Belgian in origin which suggests the 200 hole has been added. This is reinforced by the fact that it's not in the usual position.
Table would certainly be a 'narrow' config . None of this is particularly important if the table is just being bought for the enjoyment of the game and not league play. Having said that there is no timer and the cushion rubbers would 99% certain want replacing as well as the cloth. The odd assortment of rings is hotch-potch and they are difficult to come by though we do now have a 3D printing design file for them. Is it a slate bed?
Thousand bucks is way too much over here but supply and demand in the States is much more limited.
