The Vine 4 Stags Head A 1 Scores, details to follow Tony Burgess - 2,350 vs - 2,460 Ian Lelliott (last ball win) * Neil Higgins * - 4,580 vs 3,370 Jim Millward Gary Ridley* - 4,270 vs 1,400 Dave Ingram Ros Appleby - 1,920 vs 790 Martin Smith * Gary Ridley (4PR) - 4,050 vs 2,320 Mark James * A tough night accumulating any score, and oh so easy to lose them, quite a few pegs. The most difficult the table has been all season. What run of the ball that there was fell to the home team, that is for sure, but we were steady and got over the line for a great win (Ros getting the vital win after a game that was 300 plays 400 after 15 minutes). We now sign off for Christmas and New Year. A good evening with the guys from the Stags Head, no luck for them on the table but they were victorious in the quiz in a noisy pub last night. Thanks to the pub for the food. Mr Barnett was keeping in touch from a distance as he enjoyed a curry in Leicester! Happy Christmas and New Year to all.

It's called Chutney Ivy (no sniggering) and was very pleasant indeed.
